Tokyo Marine Fire lived for a time in San Francisco, and expertly revived the brilliance of 70's rock and roll. Part Nugent, part Kiss, part Zeppelin, and fronted by too good for his own good singer Bob Byers, TMF laid it down with authority.
A U.S. tour and an album survived the maelstrom, but sadly the band did not. This record, also a side project of rondo brother Bastard Prince, is sheer rock - goes well with a Pabst and a bag of Lay's potato chips.
