Welcome to CitrusToCitrus Recording Group.

Once known only as Fortune Records, CTC cements the existence of a large community of musicians, artists, friends, and collaborators into an umbrella large enough to hold them all. With the addition of three new labels, CTC will be putting out music we love as often as possible, and from a wide variety of genres - some records will be only digital, others only wax, others only plastic. Some interesting projects are coming soon, sign up for our bi-monthly newsletter for an update, eat alot of fruit, and be yourself.

Rondo Brothers
Seven Minutes To Midnight
Release Date: May 21, 2007

The Rondo Brothers struck out in 2005 with "No Time Left On Earth", a kick-ass album of "hawaiian hip hop" that got them noticed 'round the world and took them on two USA tours as well as England, opening for and playing in the Handsome Boy Modeling School. By 2006 their live chops got them booked as backup band and opener for the Fall Dan the Automator tour with Chali2na, A.G., and Casual - where lucky audiences got to hear a preview of their exquisite second album. Again bringing together a multitude of friends (kelly atkins of 20 minute loop, poach stevens, dirty little pedro, vinnie caruana, latrice barnett, dj krazy glue, bing ji ling) the rondos have created a dark masterpiece - a journey through their musical mindscape with fat, midtempo trip hop beats, heady pop singles, and stunning vocal performances. The rondos' endless creativity and limitless musical capabilities shine on this album.

Herman Jolly
Bunker Life
Release Date: June 11, 2007

Herman Jolly is the Pacific Northwest's singer songwriter Raven King. His lyrics are unmatched, witty, and linger in your mind like a good line from your favorite thinking man's TV show. His songs are catchy, simple, and feel good to listen to on rainy days especially. His old band Sunset Valley melted brains and tapped foot. His solo records light brains on fire and melt toes. Bunker Life represents Herman's return from his Montana shelf-life to his Seattle over-the-counter New Life.

Trevor Childs
Terrified
Release Date: June 11, 2007

Trevor Childs is a neo-hippie future punk from the past. He could have been a beat poet, a beatnik, a folkie, a hippie, a hipster, a mod, a square, a heavy metal acid tripper, a British punk new waver, an early 80's postpunk pop king, an early 90's grunge poet, a late 90's indie overthinker, an early 00's post-everything combinator. He wrote an album about the present, though - and it sums up everything we are all thinking. Filtered through his love of the zombies "odssey and oracle", beach boys, and early bruce springsteen, Childs brings a timeless, provocative, and organic classic into the world: don't miss this baby, it's a looker.
